Ideas for projects can be gathered from a wide range of places:-
- it could be an idea you have had
- an idea thought up by someone else
- an idea for making money
- an idea for having fun
Wherever the idea comes from in the beginning, you make it your idea
Starting with
an existing idea or opportunity we aim to work alongside the people with learning
disabilities involved to support them to build a viable project of some kind.
This could be a
business or micro-business or could be purely for pleasure.
Whatever form
the project takes the aim is to create a partnership of equals between the
clients (the people with learning disabilities) and the support system
(Thumbprint). Working together these partners take an idea and find ways of
turning it into a viable project.
